Kompass adopts the widely accepted and rewarding programme to give you maximum benefits for your hard work and effort.
To get eligible for binary referral reward you need to make minimum of 2 Direct referrals, one on the left side and one on the right side either Advisor, Trainee or Consultant. Each Advisor/ Consultants/Trainee will give you SP and will be counted for reward program. Your first binary reward of 1000 points will be released only when you have total of 3 GSP as shown below.
(either two referrals on the left side and one referral on the right side or vice versa). Further every set of 10 SP (one advisor/consultant/ trainee in the left side and one advisor/ consultant/ trainee in the right side in the ratio of 1:1)
